Kenya: Wako Donates Sh50,000 to School

Former Attorney General Amos Wako yesterday came to the rescue of a Teso North Primary School which was shut down owing to poor sanitation.

Wako donated Sh50,000 to build toilets and enable the re-opening of Akadoot Primary in Kolanya location.

The Busia senator aspirant was represented by his personal assistant Chris Mugeni and councillor Fredrick Ambokoh.

The school head teacher, Jael Otung'u thanked Wako for the kind gesture.

He said the school needs more than Sh300,000 to put up 12 toilets before it is re-opened.
