Kenya: We Will Support Each Other, Say Aspirants

Two governor aspirants from Trans Nzoia County have said they will support each other if one of them is elected.

Forestry minister Noah Wekesa and businessman Joel Gesuka said they will accept defeat if voters choose the other.

The two were speaking at St Christopher's Secondary School in Cherangany during the opening of a dormitory presided by MP Joshua Kuttuny.

"I have agreed with Gesuka that he will support me if I defeat him" said Wekesa.

Wekesa, the Kwanza MP will be vying for governor on a Ford-Kenya ticket while Gesuka is in TNA.
