Kenya: Security Forces are Too Vulnerable

The government's ability to provide Kenyans with adequate security during and after next year's elections has been put to question.
A report by the civil society shows that violence is increasingly being reported in many areas and shows the vulnerability of security agencies and their inability to maintain law and order.
