PRESIDENT Jakaya Kikwete will address the nation today from Ilulu Grounds in Lindi town. A statement issued by the Directorate of Presidential Communication in Dar es Salaam on Friday said that the president will be the guest of honour at the World AIDS Day celebrations to be observed at national level in Lindi Region.
