The Daily Observer has reliably learnt of the re-appointment of Saihou TMF Sanyang as permanent secretary No.1 at the Ministry of Regional Administration, Lands & Traditional Rulers.
According to reports, Sanyang's re-appointment took effect on November 28th, 2012 on a two years contract. Sanyang a career public servant, wasfirst appointedPS at the said Minstry in January 19th, 2010 also a two years contract
