Tunisia's Etoile du Sahel beat Al Ahly Cairo 49-44 in their African Basketball Club Championship Group B opener, played Thursday (November 29th) in Equatorial Guinea.
Defending champions ESS are the only Maghreb representative in the 12-team tournament, which runs through December 8th in Malabo.
