Kenya Airways Ordered to Rehire Sacked Employees

Court orders Kenya Airways to reinstate sacked employees

The industrial court has ordered Kenya Airways management to reinstate all the employees who were unlawfully retrenched in September. KQ's appeal attempts to this ruling have been rejected. Allied workers union's Apicho Wakholi says the national carrier had fired hundreds of its employees as part of a restructuring exercise.
