Angola: Kwanza Sul Representative Wins National Children Music Contest

Ndalatando — The candidate of the eastern Kwanza Sul province, Georgina Francisco de Sousa, aged 10, was crowned last Sunday in Ndalatando (Kwanza Sul), as the winner of the 5th edition of the National Children Music Festival, promoted by the ruling

party children wing (OPA).

With the track entitled "Acusaram-se de feiticeira", Georgina Francisco de Sousa won the event with 259 points and was awarded a computing course besides various prizes made up of television set and other electrical appliances, a computer and a guitar.

The festival, under the topic "O canto pelo future", was marked by the exhibition of various children dance groups and counted on the special participation of kuduro singer W King among other artists from Luanda.
