Tunis — The Tunisian Red Crescent will observe, next December 5, together with other international organisations, the International Volunteer Day (IVD) held this year under the theme of "Making Volunteerism a More Secure and Simpler Action" in co-ordination with the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) as well as the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
