Angola: Writer to Release 'Esse País Chamado Corpo De Mulher'

Luanda — The Angolan writer José Luís Mendonça will release on Friday his latest book entitled "Esse País Chamado Corpo de Mulher"at Luanda's Camões Centre.

A press note from the Portuguese cultural centre in Luanda says the work comprises 52 poems that will be presented by Avelino Sande.

"It is one more exercise of dreaming awake that the author is already used to. Thus, for the writer, dreaming awake is to make flow the poetry with grains of sand in field that will be returned in each page: The words are gathered in small dune with aspect of woman", reads the document.

The book was produced between December 2009 and May 2011.
