Tunis — Tunisia is attending, December 3-14 in Dubai (UAE), the World Conference on International Telecommunications (WCIT-12), and will launch on the occasion an initiative in favour of freedom of expression and protection of individual liberties such as listed in the universal declaration of human rights.
