A Kenyan businessman Jeffer Isaac Kanu living in London has moved to court seeking orders to stop the IEBC , Ministry of Justice and the AG from proceeding with the publication of the voters register pending the hearing and determination of the application on grounds that every citizen qualifies for registration. Justice Majanja has certified the matter as urgent and ordered that the case be heard on the 10th of December.
