Kenya: Thousands of Children Not On ARVs

At least 30 children are infected with HIV every day. Government data however indicates that only a third of these children receive ARVs, exposing those who don't to death before their second birthday. Special programs minister Esther Murugi says HIV infections in children need to drop to less than 5 percent.
