Angola: One-Stop Shop for Entrepreneur Unveiled

Mbanza Kongo — The Angolan minister of Justice and Human Rights, Rui Mangueira, Tuesday in Mbanza Kongo, northern Zaire province, inaugurated a One-Stop Shop for Entrepreneur (BUE), as part of his visit to the region.

The project, the first opened in the province, offers , among other services, registry office operations, civil and criminal identification, banking and information on procedures for small businesses by entrepreneurs.

The coordinator of BUE in Mbanza Kongo, Joz Ricardo Cristóvão, said the opening of the project will help obtain bank loans for business.

Accompanied by the governor of Zaire, José Joanes André, the minister of Justice and Human Rights toured the main departments of the facility.

As the last stage of their visit to Zaire province, Rui Mangueira and his delegation are working in the oil rich district of Soyo.
