Angola: Constitutional Court Chief Defends Arbitration Constitutionality

Luanda — The chief of the Constitutional Court, Rui Ferreira, defended on Tuesday in Luanda, the constitutionality of arbitration as a conflict settling mechanism, Angop learnt.

Rui Ferrerai was speaking to the press at the closing of the First International Conference on Arbitration that took place in Luanda.

He highlighted the importance of the theme as a mechanism of realisation of the rights of the citizens, in the ambit of the Constitution.

The event's opening ceremony counted on the participation of the minister of Justice and Human Rights, Rui Mangueira, and various national and foreign lawyers.
