Nigeria: Jaji Blast - Air Force Redeploys Former AFCSC Commandant

The ripples from the recent twin bomb blasts that rocked the Armed Forces Command and Staff College (AFCSC), Jaji has continued to reverberate within the ranks and files of the Armed Forces, wtih the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) redeploying the former Commandant, Air Vice Marshal Ibrahim Kure.

Kure together with the Corps Commander Infantry also located in Jaji, Major General MD Isa, was on Friday last week replaced by the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Admiral Ola Sa'ad Ibrahim as a direct fallout of the investigation by the Board of Inquiry raised by the Defence Headquarters to unravel the circumstances that led to the bomb explosions which rocked St Andrew's Protestant Church at the Jaji Military Cantonment in Kaduna State.

He has however been redeployed by NAF as the Group the Group Managing Director, Air Force Holdings.
