Liberia: NOCAL Clarifies -Says Reform Is Its Hallmark

Sometime ago, a spokesperson of the National Oil Company taunted critics, analogizing the Company with a  beautiful women attracting many suitors—meaning that as the emerging economic hub of the country, it lies vulnerable to fortune-seeking critics and activists. That proposition is becoming clearer by the day, as one critic after another keep pounding the country's oil and gas company. But NOCAL is not letting the censures lying down, often providing clarifications on issues as they are schemed and proffered. Once again, the Company is providing clarifications on insinuations that it is fanning off calls for reform and transparency. The Analyst reports.

Once again, it appears the National Oil Company is compelled put on the stop critics who are bent on misrepresenting its goal and programs.
