Nigeria: Ezza/Ezzilo Crisis - Police Commence Probe Over Ownership of Militant Camp

Abakaliki — EBONYI State police command said, yesterday, that it had begun investigation into the existence and ownership of a purported militant training camp where youths were being trained on how to unleash mayhem in the state during the yuletide period.

The state Commissioner of Police, CP Mamman Sule, who stated this while briefing newsmen in his office, noted that the command after receiving intelligence reports concerning the strange development, intensified efforts to uncover the location of the training camp and arrest the proprietors and trainees in the camp.
