Luanda — The president of the Confederation of African Handball (CAHB), the Beninese Aremou Monsorou, is expected to arrive in Luanda this Wednesday at 12 p.m in order to participate in the inauguration ceremony of the new managing board of the Angolan Handball Federation (FAAND), set for 6 December.
According to a federation source, CAHB president is visiting Angola in compliance with his interest expressed in October on fringes of Electoral Ordinary Congress, held in Burkina Faso, where he was re-elected president and Angola was crowned best national team of Africa.
Angola intends to host the next senior males and females African Cup of Nations in handball in 2016.
During his stay in Angola, the Beninese Aremou Monsorou will discuss with Angolan authorities the process of organizing the event.
