Ethiopia: The Third Management

The EPRDF led government has implemented at least three major management approaches in the public service.

The first quality-focused management (QFM) was followed by business process reengineering (BPR). BPR introduced since 2009 is now on osmotic flow to be replaced by the Kaizen management system. The newly implemented Kaizen management system is luckily supported by an institution.
