Angola: Seminar On Communication With Children to Happen in Luanda

Luanda — The Mass Media Ministry, through the Journalists Training Centre (CEFOJOR), the Association of Female Journalists for Gender Equality and the UNICEF will organise on December 06, in Luanda, a seminar on "Communication with and for children".

According to a press note from CEFOJOR, the seminar is being organized with a view to promoting the eleven commitments to children and the Law on Thorough Protection and Development of Children.

"Both documents help to promote the rights to survive, development, protection and participation of children in a comprehensive manner, both for the children and their families", reads the document.

The seminar aims to inspire the journalists to communicate more with children and in a way that is systematic and appropriate to their age.
