A wage paying job creation strategy needs to be formulated urgently to address rising unemployment. World bank report on the economy says although 800 thousand Kenyans reach the working age annually, only 50,000 get jobs. The report says the strategy should especially end corruption, improve skills and ensure that infrastructure development is continued.
