Angola: Conference On Trade Facilitation Plan On Thursday

Luanda — A Conference on Validation of the National Plan on Trade Facilitation, intended to discuss the validation of the evaluations of the current state and proposed action for the sector will start on Thursday in Luanda, Angop learned.

Organised by the Ministry of Commerce, together with the National Services of Customs and the United Nations Conference and Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the event seeks the adhesion of Angola to the measures of facilitation of trade being negotiated at the headquarters of the World Trade Organisation (WTO).

For two days, the event will discuss the progresses recorded by the trade facilitation plan in Angola, the UNCTAD project on implementation of plans for accords facilitation in developing countries and the situation of negotiation on the process underway in the WTO.
