Egypt: Constituent Assembly Secretary General Warns Against Fake Draft Constitution Copies

The secretary General of the constitution's Constituent Assembly (CA) warned against fake copies of the draft constitution being circulated among the people at underground Metro stations, in some bookstores and on some internet websites.

At a press conference held at the Shura Council headquarters on Tuesday4/12/2012, Amr Darrag said that the fake copies include wrong articles that will mislead the people.

The only correct draft copy is on the CA's website and is signed by the assembly chief Hossam el-Gheryani, he said, adding that legal measures will be taken against everyone involved in spreading the fake copies.
