An NGO has called for peace in Isiolo and asked the people to embrace dialogue. Centre for Minority rights and Development executive director Yobo Rutin said yesterday during the 10th Kenya Pastorlists Week celebrations that peace was the key to development.
He said more than 200 people have been killed in Isiolo alone. He said the issues of harmoniously living peace and conflict resolution cannot be overemphasised in pastoral region.
