Egypt's administrative prosecution announced on Wednesday that it will not participate in monitoring the December 15 referendum on the draft constitution until President Mohamed Mursi annuls a decree he issued on November 22.
In a press conference on Wednesday, a member of the judicial body urged Mursi to rescind his decree, adding that its members will be in permanent session until the issue is resolved.
