Kenya: Eastleigh Blast One Dead

The matatu was ripped apart by an explosion in an earlier incident in Eastleigh.

One person has died following last night's blast in Eastleigh area. The victim succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment; six others were treated in hospital and discharged. Police say the 7pm explosion was caused by an improvised explosive device that had been planted on the road. Yesterday's blast is third one in the same area in a month.
