Makurdi — The Benue State University, Makurdi, will on Saturday at its 13th convocation ceremony confer 2,711 graduands with Bachelor degrees in various disciplines.
Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Charity Angya said at a news conference yesterday that the convocation ceremony which will highlight the celebration of the 20 years existence of the state's owned university would feature a lecture titled, "Amending the 1999 Constitution: Implication and Strategies for Development in Nigeria" which will be delivered by the Minister for Justice and Attor-ney-General of the Federation, Mohammed Adoke.
