Angola: Agriculture Minister Works in Kwanza Sul Province

Cela — Agriculture minister Afonso Pedro Canga is working this Thursday in the municipalities of Cela and Kassongue, in the central Kwanza Sul Province, where he is also to hand over some agricultural tools and other inputs to peasants associations.

The government official will equally learn about the functioning of the sector and assess the projects being implemented in the region.

According to the visit programme received by ANGOP, the minister will hold a meeting with the officials in charge of the Aldeia Nova agro-industrial project, Agrarian Research Institute and the Veterinary Research Institute.

Afonso Pedro Canga is also to visit the firm Sediac and the farms number 16 and 27.
