The National Council for Human Rights (NCHR) proposed to open serious national dialogue to achieve national interest and democratic transition process, calling the President to lead this dialogue itself or delegated his Vice President to be under the auspices of the Grand Imam of al-Azhar and Pope of Alexandria.

In its statement on Thursday 6/12/2012, the NCHR added that it had sent fact-finding mission of its researchers to reveal the events and report thereon to the NCHR.

The NCHR condemned the violence and attack that take place in front of al- Ittihadiya Palace in this critical moment.
