Uganda: Competitiveness Forum Set for Tomorrow

Uganda will tomorrow-Dec. 7 host the 6th National Competitiveness Forum at the Kampala Serena Hotel starting at 8:00am, under the theme: Youth in Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Economic Transformation.

The Keynote speaker for the Forum is Professor Ricardo Hausmann from the center of International development at Harvard University whose presentation is on "Accelerating Economic Transformation in Uganda."

Another economist, Charles Kwesiga, will speak on Youth in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and thereafter, there will be panel discussions on the two topics by key personalities from the private and public sector followed by plenary discussions.
