Kenya: Police Ill Equipped to Deal With Tana Clashes

Security personnel did not effectively deal with the Tana Delta clashes that left over hundred people dead and thousands displaced. Coast PPO Aggrey Adoli has admitted that lack of officers and vehicles made it difficult for them to quell and prevent the inter-clan clashes.
