Nigeria: NPA Boss Charges Media On Objectivity, Fairness

Managing Director of the Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA), Alhaji Habib Abdullahi, has charged journalists to continue to uphold objectivity and fairness in their reporting.

He argued that for any issue requiring clarifications as regards NPA's activities, journalists should be free to approach him as he operates an open door policy. He stated this when he received executive members of the Maritime Reporters' Association of Nigeria (MARAN), who paid him a courtesy visit in his office in Lagos.
