Nigeria: Eko 2012 - Team Lagos Wins Two More Gold

Team Lagos Wednesday at the Indoor Hall of the National Stadium added two gold medals to its medals' haul after winning the men and women doubles event in table tennis at the ongoing 18th National Sports Festival tagged Eko 2012.

The pair of Mojeed Olayiwola and Ahmed Adeyinka defeated Delta's duo of Idowu Onifade and Tunde Kalejaiye 3-0 to claim the title in the men's doubles while Lagos' Aminat Fashola and Sidi Yahaya beat Delta's Rasheed Ogundele and Oyinye Mbah 3-0 to emerge as champion.

Out of the five events already decided in the table tennis event, Lagos has won four - men's team, mixed doubles, men and women doubles while Delta won the women's team event.
