Tunis — The National Authority for Information and Communication Reform (NAICR), Thursday, expressed hope that the composition of the board of the Independent High Authority of Audiovisual Communication (IHACA) will be announced next December 10, on the International Human Rights Day.
The NAICR, which had dissolved itself last July 4, wishes to see "the commitment taken in this respect by the President of the Republic last November 19 fulfilled".
