Angola: Eight Countries Confirm Participation in Year-End Race

Luanda — Runners from eight countries have already confirmed their articipation in the 57th edition of the Luanda year-end-race dubbed "Saint Sylvester" on December 31.

This was said to Angop on Thursday in Luanda by the president of the Angolan Athletics Federation (FAA), Carlos Rosa.

The source adds that Kenya may participate with 40 runners, being 24 men and 16 ladies, whereas Ethiopia might be represented by 26 men and 16 ladies.

Tanzania, Brazil Portugal, and Eritrea will have one athlete each, while Democratic Republic of Congo will count of the participation of four runners.
