Namibia: MVA Fund in Big Road Safety Drive

WITH 502 lives already lost on our roads this year, it is likely possible that more lives will be lost in the next few weeks as the nation prepares for the festive season. In preparation for the increased road activity, the MVA Fund and its partners in road safety as expected, launched the Xupifa Eemwenyo 'Save Lives' Road Safety campaign.

The campaign has become a regular feature around this time of the year since its inception in 2005 and implements specific targeted interventions aimed at preventing the needless loss of lives on national roads during the festive season and beyond.
