Angola: MP Calls for Greater Divulgence Law On Domestic Violence

Andulo — The MP with the national assembly, Amélia Calumbo Quintas, on Wednesday here called for the society and the media organ to work more and more in the divulgence of domestic violence cases, Angop has learnt.

She said so under the 16 days of activism, taking place from 25 November to 10 December.

In addition, the MP said that the cases of domestic violence have been increasing a lot and it is already hitting the whole society.

Amélia Calumbo also said that domestic violence has been destroying thousands of families in the country, in particular in the central Bié province.
