Minister of State for Environmental Affairs Mostafa Hussein Kamel on Thursday 06/12/2012 delivered Egypt's speech at the high-level ministerial meetings of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Doha.
As many as 192 countries are participating in the conference that will conclude on Friday.
