Egypt: Sisi - Armed Forces to Remain Nation's Protective Shield

The Armed Forces will always remain the nation's protective shield, affirmed Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Defense Minister General Abdel-Fattah el-Sisi.

The Armed Forces' loyalty is to the people and the nation, he said during his meeting with a number of Armed Forces' officers.

The meeting took up the efforts exerted by the Armed Forces to boost their combat efficiency in a bid to preserve Egypt's national security during this phase.

Sisi, meanwhile, hailed the role of the Armed Forces' personnel in preserving Egypt's security and cooperating with the police forces to attain stability.
