Minister of Telecommunications and IT Hany Mahmoud on his twitter account denied as unfounded reports that the ministry would cut the internet or telecommunications services.
"This will not take place as long as I am in office", the minister said.
This statement on the twitter came on the backdrop of a technical error that hit the TE Data company for forty five minutes that caused stop of the internet.
