Luanda — Angola's Minister of Education, Mpinda Simão, on Friday here reiterated that teacher valorisation, teaching quality improvement and extension of school network are part of the programme of the executive for 2013-2017 term, Angop has learnt.

The official said so when speaking at the opening of a meeting with social partners, to gather opinion that may contribute to the success of the mentioned goals and reflect on the analysis of the functioning of the institutions.

"Education, although being a task of the state, is a social phenomenon that justifies the permanent intervention of all social stakeholders", he said.
