Chibia — The Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Rui Mangueira, worked on Thursday in Chibia district inthe southern Huíla province, where he checked the functioning of the sector in the region.
In Chibia, the official started to visit the One-stop Shop for Entrepreneurs (BUE), where he was briefed on how and when the referred structure will be opened for the public.
Then, the minister checked the justice department where he handed over two motorbikes.
