Luanda — The Angolan musician Yuri da Cunha and the Portuguese band of Santos & Pecadores held on Friday night a show here, which served to celebrate the Portuguese band's 20th anniversary.
Speaking to the press moments before the show, the leader of the Portuguese band, Olavo Bilac, stressed the importance of celebrating the band's 20th anniversary of career, after eight years without performing in Luanda.
The band opened the show at 11 p.m and thrilled the crowd with their two decade repertoire with tracks like "Fala-me de Amor" e "Não Digas Nada", ambas do disco "Voar", edited in 1999.
The Angolan singer Yuri da Cunha climbed the stage at midnight and thrilled the crowd with songs "Kuma kwakié", "Homem é bom Quando tem Dinheiro" and "Makumba".
