Angola: Vice-President of Republic Leaves Tanzania

Dar es Salaam — The Vice-president of the Republic, Manuel Vicente, has already left the city of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzânia, returning to Angola, after attending the Extraordinary Summit of the Heads of States and Government of SADC.

Beforing Dar Es Salaam, the Vice-president participated in the main event aimed to celebrate 51st anniversary of Tanzanian Independence, marked this Sunday.

In the compliance with his agenda, Manuel Vicente held a meeting with the President of Tanzania, Jakaya Kikwete, to whom he handed over a message from the Angolan Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos.

The Angolan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Georges Chikoti also attended the summit.
