Kenya: Low Voter Registration Worrying

The IEBC is concerned about the low voter registration turn out. Less than eight million people have registered with less than two weeks to the deadline. Chairman Isaac Hassan said with the current registering rate, only 12 million Kenyans will be registered by the end of the exercise against the 18 million who had been targeted.
