Nigeria: Monarch Suggests Way Out of Insecurity

The Traditional Ruler of Abatete in Idemili North Local government of Area of Anambra state, His Royal Majesty, Igwe Charles Emeka Efobi has advocated the inclusion of monarchs in the security strategy being adopted to check insecurity in the country.

Igwe Efobi who spoke at a reception in honour of the pioneer Director General of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Chief Gordian Oranika held at the Abatete House in Abuja, said the criminal elements are better identified at local level and can be easily be isolated by community leaders.
