Could the dilly- dally over the election of a new Board of Trustees chairman for the Peoples Democratic Party be connected with permutations ahead 2015? STANLEY NKWOCHA explores the underlying contentions and permutations.

Since the sudden resignation of former President Olusegun Obasanjo as the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP almost a year ago and with all the meanings, deductions and inferences drawn to his exit, the ruling party has found it practically difficult to fill-in the Chairmanship position.
