Kaduna — The only School of Post-Basic Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) in the country is underfunded, Medical Director National Ear Care Centre Kaduna, Professor Mohammed B Ahmad, has said.

Ahmad said at the 2nd joint convocation ceremony of the school held at the weekend that increase in funding will enable them construct a 2-storey hostel accommodation that will be used to accommodate the subsequent sets of ENT nursing and diploma students in audiology course that will take place soon.

He said the school needs a 250 capacity auditorium/lecture hall, and extended electronic digital library complex and a tutorial, practical demonstration room that are adequate in size to accommodate future sets.
