Centum Investment Limited will list a 3.1billion shilling bond by way of introduction on the Fixed Income Securities Investment Market Segment of the NSE. The approval by the Capital Markets Authority also permits the investment firm to offer to the public and list an additional 805million shillings through an option where investors can sell more shares than originally planned by the issuer.
